Sourdough Banana Bread
Add shredded coconut ,coconut milk and almond flour.

Ingredients:
A.
235g bananaļ¼2/pcļ¼
100g sourdough starter
63g coconut milk
60g oil
B.
250g all purpose flour
50g cane sugar
25g shredded coconut
25g almond flour
1tsp baking soda
1tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
1. put banan into a bowl and use fork to stir the paste
2. mix all the A ingredients
3. then add all the B ingredients ,stir it until well combined
4. put them into a bread tin, let it ferment about 30-50 minutes
5. preheat the oven,bake at 180C/for 40-50minutes
6. serve warm or cool
